Who Are We?
Biosun Ödemiş, a subsidiary of Özce Group, which boasts 40 years of expertise in the construction and infrastructure sectors, is committed to enhancing the livability of the world and generating clean energy for the people of Turkey. Leveraging our extensive experience in the construction industry, we have integrated the necessary knowledge and proficiency to independently manage all construction and facility installations within Biosun Ödemiş using our own machinery and workforce. This capability enables us to construct a fully turnkey Integrated Solid Waste Management facility from the ground up.
Our Biosun Ödemiş Integrated Solid Waste Management facility has a daily processing capacity of 1,200 tons of mixed household waste. Additionally, it possesses the capability to manage and dispose of expired or spoiled products found in the market. With a dedicated team of 248 employees, we take great pride in being one of the most robust companies in the sector, both in terms of our machinery and human resources.
Upon receiving waste from the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and surrounding provinces, we separate it into organic and inorganic components. We reintroduce 90% of this waste into the system, utilizing it for the generation of electricity, raw materials, carbon credits, and refuse-derived fuel (RDF).
As long as humanity persists, the demand for electricity and the continued production of waste will remain unchanged. This cycle is expected to continue until the end of mankind. Therefore, our company is steadfast in its mission to make the world a better place and to ensure a greener future for generations to come.
